Individual Therapy

Your healing is important. If you’re feeling stuck, depressed, anxious or lost, individual therapy can help you reclaim a sense of wellbeing. I draw on multiple evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Compassion Focused Therapy to help clients work through their mental health concerns.

Couples Therapy

Humans are relational beings. When we feel that our relationships aren’t going well, it causes us stress and heartache. I work with couples at all stages of their relationship (dating, premarital, marital), and of all sexual orientations, to create the relationship they desire.

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples experience a more secure emotional bond which results in stronger relationships and improved communication. You will learn to identify negative patterns at play in your relationship and how to move towards empathetic connection, mutual acceptance, compassion, and emotional responsiveness.
